About

I work with a diverse range of clients, including couples and individuals, addressing various issues such as communication challenges, infidelity, trauma, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, mental health disorders, relationships, and attachment concerns. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable to be their authentic selves without fear of judgment. My approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and the strength of therapeutic alliances.

I base my therapeutic models on psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method. I am dedicated to continually learning about new therapies that may be well-suited to my clients' individual needs.

I understand that seeking support can be a challenging step. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey, both internally and externally, toward healing and growth. If you're ready to take that step, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work towards creating a more fulfilling and balanced life for you.
