Change is possible by taking the first step. Perhaps you are feeling stuck, can’t seem to move forward. Maybe you’ve fallen into unhealthy habits that you can't shake. Despite your efforts, do you find that difficult emotions persist. Instead of being "swept up" by emotions, we will set a foundation in mind-body practices. Cognitive therapy will be integrated to identify unhelpful thoughts, to develop a balanced perspective. EMDR may be employed to resolve past trauma or blocks to change. Compassion exercises to cultivate self acceptance and strengthen healthy relationships.

I create a safe environment to explore your concerns and build on your strengths. By starting with you as the expert on your life experiences, we will build a collaborative plan for change. I would welcome the opportunity to work together, in-person or via video visits.
