About

I am very open to working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I feel especially suited to work with couples, families, and individuals who have experienced IPV or childhood trauma and individuals or families impacted by substance use. I am trauma-informed and work with individuals who have been impacted by systemic racism, oppression, or other forms of marginalization. I help my clients restore their sense of worth through creative methods grounded in self-acceptance and self-compassion.

I have dedicated my life to fostering growth and inspiring communities for change. I know firsthand that making the decision to begin therapy is the biggest leap in the step toward growth. I am committed to making a safe space that is led with compassion, curiosity, and creativity to guide clients to healthier dynamics with loved ones and their true self.

I look forward to meeting you and creating a place for you to express challenges, find solutions, and reveal your inner purpose. Therapy is an invaluable resource. It is useful to any individual, couple, or family looking toward ways to resolve conflict or restore trust and sense of well-being.
