Trauma, broken relationships, life changes, maternal issues, hard times, depression, parenting and marriage struggles-these things happen to even the strongest people and sometimes you just need someone to "hear" you. Learning how to cope with life's challenges will decrease feelings of hopelessness and sadness. Releasing negative thoughts will allow you to leave feeling "lighter" and replace them with positive thoughts and goals, hopeful for a better future Over 15 yrs of experience in social service & working in many populations, I have acquired many skills to help with complex situations. I enjoy creating a safe space for clients & being the nonjudgmental "party". Everyone needs someone to talk to ,express their feelings & concerns with;I enjoy being a part of the healing process to cope with daily stressors I enjoy meeting with each of my clients to & tailor their service to meet their needs. I am not your "average therapist". I am very culturally competent & able to provide service that will include cultural practices & build upon strengths to assist in treatment being successful.
