About

Everything in life comes back to relationships. By intentionally attending to and nurturing our relationships to others, we deepen our connection to ourselves. I invite couples and families to explore hidden emotions, desires and fears, with the goal of deepening intimacy for more fulfilling connections. I look forward to working with clients from all walks of life, particularly couples interested in exploring CNM, clients seeking to expand their understanding of their sexuality, parents navigating the postpartum period, and BIPOC and intercultural couples and families, in monogamous and non-traditional relational structures alike.

My bicultural experience as a second-generation Chinese-American woman and cancer-survivor informs my drive to help those struggling to find identity and healing within their unique collision of cultures. Drawing from emotionally-focused, SERT, and narrative approaches, together we will explore buried emotions and unlearn harmful societal expectations.

I aim to meet you with curiosity, humility, transparency, and humor as we navigate the beautiful, painful, and messy moments life offers. My hope is that our work will honor the richness and complexity of your experience, as we expand your possibilities toward meaningful transformation. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
