About

The process of asking for help can be truly challenging. Sometimes it’s difficult asking a simple request, and even more difficult to ask someone to listen to you when you’re stressed, scared, angry, or sad. Therapy can be a step in improving relationships with yourself, and to help you know your feelings and experiences are valid. A lot of life is adapting to our environments, often to keep ourselves safe, but sometimes those learned behaviors have long-term effects on our ability to understand our needs and others.

Keegan worked as an independent therapist (LICSW) for the past 4 years, with an additional 6 years of licensed supervision. I’ve worked closely with adolescents, college age students, adults, and working professionals experiencing behavioral concerns, addiction, loss, relationship discord, and those wanting to learn new skills to navigate a difficult world.

Through evidenced based treatment, I believe that therapy can be a collaborative process to develop personalized strategies for growth, healing, and understanding to improve relationships with self and others, and to work through areas of fear, anger, sadness, and pain. Self compassion takes time, and I’m eager to help you along the way.
