My focus is to get to the underlying source of a person's struggle and treat the cause instead of just treating the symptoms. My primary focus is treating individuals who struggle with PTSD, depression, various forms of anxiety and panic disorders, grief and loss, fears and phobias, stress, and major life transitions. I work with individuals 18+. My specialty is utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to assist those in managing their symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, fears and low self worth. If previous therapy has not been effective for someone, I recommend EMDR since it gets to the root of main issue. I do not take referrals directly.
