I use approaches related to CBT, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Coaching and EMDR. These can help you process what is contributing to any symptoms related to anxiety, stress, relationship issues, depression and beyond. I am here to assist you to find the solutions and access your innate ability to heal and work through issues. The point of therapy is to become more resilient to life, more authentic and freer to live in a way that is more fulfilling for you. Certified as a therapist, mediator and yoga instructor, I blend a customized mix of skills and therapies to create a personalized approach for each client. I empower clients to free themselves from struggles and gain clarity about their lives and to achieve more fulfillment. I am currently taking clients from CA, TX and internationally for online tele-health sessions.
