About

Hello! I'm Kaylie (she/they). As a queer clinician, I am dedicated to providing a safe and affirming space for identity exploration, navigating coming out, and validating your queer experiences. Supporting the LGBT+ community is a central motivation for my career as a therapist. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, and I focus on supporting neurodiverse populations, including those with autism and ADHD. My goal is to help clients develop skills to navigate their environments and offer a supportive space to address the challenges they face in a world that may not always accommodate their needs. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Additionally, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), existentialism, and feminist therapy into my practice.

Whether you're exploring your identity, trying to build a strong sense of self, navigating anxiety and depression, or seeking support regarding neurodiversity, I am here to support you every step of the way.
