Welcome! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and believe it's most important to provide a nonjudgemental space where we can connect authentically and use humor in our work together! I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, family challenges, life transitions and disruptive changes in their personal, professional and family lives. My clinical focus is working with health care workers, first responders & other frontline workers to help them navigate the complexities of their personal and professional selves. View 4 Photos I have worked in academic hospital systems for over a decade and have also worked with clients & families who are experiencing new diangoses, chronic illness or navigating EOL. I am additionally trained in psychological first aid. If you're considering therapy, please reach out so we can see if we are a good match! Many clinicians in our small practice are also accepting new clients, so if we do not match well, I am happy to provide you with a referral for another therapist who has openings and may be a good fit for you!
