You can do whatever you want. You just have to know what that is. - Abed Nadir As a therapist, I take a primarily reality-based, humanistic approach, incorporating a love for humor, gaming, and nature into mindfulness-based stress reduction and self-exploration. My goal is to take the shame and stigma out of the practice of self-care by making it practical and applicable to YOU. I’m currently offering in-person and telehealth appointments for clients in Ohio. Established clients will have the option to schedule “park days,” during which non trauma-focused sessions will be held at a local park. I am happy to meet for a free 15 minute online or phone consultation to help you determine if we would be a good fit for each other.
