About

Greetings! I'm passionate about supporting people in their every day lives. It is my priority to make each client feel welcome, safe, and authentic in the therapeutic setting. I primarily work with children, teens, and young adults. From supporting clients with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, to helping with life transitions, coping skills, and personal goals, I am happy to be a part of each individual journey and help people navigate the twists and turns of life.

I utilize a person-centered, strengths-based approach. I believe each person is unique and has individual strengths and characteristics that they can learn how to use effectively in order to create change in their lives. In sessions, I pair this approach with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other creative interventions.

One of my favorite quotes is, "You can't pour from an empty cup." Furthermore, I believe self-care, self-love, and sustaining motivation are essential in life. Thank you for allowing me to introduce myself. If you think that I would be a good fit for what you are seeking in therapy, I'm happy to start this journey together.
