Seeking help takes courage. Therapy can provide a space to learn more about yourself and find new ways to navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals who experience military-related concerns; boundary setting, imposter syndrome, family of origin issues, family-related trauma, or attachment ruptures, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am also prior service military and have some insight regarding this culture. View 3 Photos I currently offer in person appointments for those near Morgantown, WV or telehealth sessions for residents of West Virginia, Virginia, or North Carolina. I strive to create a therapy space that feels authentic, supportive, validating, and collaborative. I appreciate how difficult it is to seek out therapy. Reach out today to start the process.
