About

I’ve been in clinical practice for over seven years, and have worked as a social worker since 2010. I work with various ages because I believe we all need a little support from time to time, no matter our phase of life. I strive to create a collaborative, safe space to explore openly and engage genuinely. Individuals may seek therapy with me for many reasons, and no reason is “more valid” than any other. Some of these might be: self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, major life changes, parenting, fertility challenges and/or pregnancy loss, postpartum adjustments, relationship challenges, personal development and growth. My therapeutic approach is a team effort. No one has all the answers in this life, but we work together to find solutions that work for you and/or your child. I often work with teens who are figuring out their world, supporting parents who are in the thick of parenthood, and individual adults, often stretched thin, seeking clarity or support in their life.

Let’s face it, the human experience can be hard. There is beauty and magic and mystery, but there’s also hardship, stress, and real pain. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but my hope is to come alongside you and/or your child to address relational, environmental and systemic challenges that may be impacting you.
