About

I admire the courage of those who seek therapy. As a Therapist it is a privilege to be part of the process of facilitating hope and healing. I believe that life is full of opportunities—that every one of us is the expert of our own lives, and we know what’s best for us. I take a supportive, trauma-informed, judgement-free, and strength-based approach to our sessions, specifically aimed at helping you to reflect on the past, heal those experiences, and grow in a significant way.

I received my Masters of Social Work from Fordham University in New York and I’ve had the pleasure of serving as a therapist for over 10 years. I am EMDR Trained and affiliated with the EMDR International Association. I am a CBT-certified psychotherapist and have received training in Parent Management Training.

Reflect. Heal. Grow. I offer the support and encouragement my clients deserve so that, together, we can make meaningful change for the better.
