Whether you are struggling with a life transition, a loss, stress of everyday life, parenting, burnout, or just want a "mental health tune-up," I will be here with an empathetic and non-judgmental ear. I believe that everyone needs a safe place to explore feelings, challenges, and possible solutions. I will combine my love of education, healing, and self-awareness as a mental health counselor that will meet you wherever you are on your path of self-discovery. I believe you have the answers within you, and by allowing time and space to explore with curiosity, you will find your way back to you. I come from a person-centered and existential foundation and use tools as necessary from my yoga, mindfulness, and educational background to assist you on your healing journey in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space. I like exploring your values and beliefs with you. I also have extra training and experience with grief and loss. Life is hard and messy sometimes. It is also miraculous and beautiful. I believe that all of those things can be true at once. Struggling, and having painful experiences and hard feelings just makes us human. I'd like to help sort through the confusion and the places you feel stuck, while shining a light on the good stuff and growing your strengths.
