About

Life throws us various challenges. Sometimes these challenges come in the form of a life transition, an interpersonal conflict, or a persistent mental health concern. Therapy offers us an opportunity to explore these challenges and move through them in an intentional manner.

I strive to create a supportive environment that fosters personal growth. I bring warmth and curiosity into the room, while also having the ability to gently challenge and guide clients towards their individual goals.

I also believe that each of us have a unique set of strengths and coping skills. I hope to help clients identify their strengths and skills, while thoughtfully continuing to hone, tailor, and build on them.
