About

I am here for you to show up as you are: do you need a place to vent your post partum rage, anxiety or depression? A place to be supported and sit quietly and feel relief? I'm passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, especially parents. Therapy is a space for us to work alongside each other, in the ways you feel most supportive.

For the past nine years, I have been working with families through various capacities: community building and facilitating support groups around birth trauma, perinatal loss, VBAC and planning your c-section. My special interests are: attachment theory and being neurodivergent affirming.

Starting a family or becoming a parent is, at best, challenging (especially in this capitalist society). Being a neurodiveregent parent myself, I get it. I believe you already have everything inside of you that you need on this journey.
