About

Open for virtual as of 11/15. My goal is to make the process of finding a therapist as easy as possible, I want therapy to work for you. Though my specialty is trauma, I'm trained in many other areas. I provide a warm, nurturing, open and direct environment. As a therapist I rely on an integrated and comprehensive approach to mental health, including evidenced-based practices (CBT, ACT, EMDR, MBCT, etc) to include the whole person. You may be navigating a complex mix of family, professional, school, relational difficulties or trauma. If you're feeling overwhelmed and seeking support for a range of interconnected concerns, reach out.

I see most of my clients long term for things like trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD. I deeply enjoy getting to know and understand my clients needs. I will tailor treatment to meet you where you’re at and what you need. I assess your goals through a multi-session evaluation and then come up with a custom treatment plan, adjusting as needed.

I am deeply committed to creating an open space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to promote healing, insight, and growth. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, I am here to walk alongside you.
