There are a lot of individuals who struggle with anxiety, relationship challenges, and depression. They spend most of their days feeling stressed out and overwhelmed by the demands of life. They may often find themselves feeling overwhelmed and drained from giving to everyone else and not having the time or skills to care for themselves. What’s really keeping them up at night is that they know something’s wrong, but they don’t know what it is and they don't know how to fix it. I’m Katlyn Davis, a licensed clinical mental health counselor, and I believe you have the power to grow and I want to support you through the journey. For the past 8 years I’ve been helping people become and love their best self. I assist them in learning to cope with overwhelming emotions so they can experience the joys of living a full life. Growth often entails engaging with the uncomfortable -that’s why I create a safe place to work through the pain so you are no longer dominated by negative feelings. Getting started with counseling is really easy. The first step is to send me a direct message to set up a time for a short phone conversation with me to see if we’re a good fit and to give you a chance to ask any questions.
