About

Accepting new clients! Throughout our lives we can fall into negative thought patterns that do not serve us. Identifying these thought patterns and learning ways to positively shift our understanding of what we can and cannot control, can help empower us to make important changes. I offer an open and inclusive environment to help you discover mindfulness and change thought patterns. I have experience counseling and supporting teens, and adults in a variety of areas such as; anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, identity concerns, family conflict, relationship issues, parenting and divorce.

I strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where you feel heard and able to present yourself authentically and openly. I use a solution focused, mindfulness approach to help you identify negative thought patterns and develop new ways of problem solving that serve and empower you to build a healthy relationship with yourself and others.

Each of us may experience a time in our lives where we feel stuck or are facing an obstacle that feels too overwhelming to overcome; but you don’t have to face these challenges alone! This can be a valuable opportunity to connect with a professional to provide support and strength. Taking this brave first step is already a success worth celebrating!
