Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I believe that therapy should not only be individualized to support the child and family in terms of the challenges they are currently facing, but I also believe therapy should be individualized in terms of the location I serve it. Providing therapy where the need is means that therapy can be delivered in multiple domains such as office, home and childcare settings. My role is to help you and support you in your journey as parents and caregivers through challenging times and transitions. I am a behaviorist that takes on a strength based and family systems approach. I believe that every child has skills and strengths to build on. I specialize in working with children 3-18 years of age with varying challenges and needs. I differ from typical therapists as I am also a "mobile" therapist. I am nationally rostered in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy and specialize working with children with multiple needs such as autism or developmental delays. I believe that every child and every family has strengths and skills to build on; my role is to help support children and families through the journey in a nonjudgmental and caring manner to find what best meets your goals and your idea of a happy, safe and successful life with your family and children.
