Pre and Adolescent teens dealing with academic pressure, family dynamics, processing emotions, Bullying and peer pressure, Identity and Self-Discovery and Sexual Health. Black women navigating their Blackness in todays society. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Art Therapy, Cultural Competence and Awareness, Intersectionality-Informed Therapy, Empowerment and Strengths-Based Therapy, Mindfulness and Self-Care Practices and motivational interviewing (MI).
