I am independently licensed as an LPCC in the state of Ohio and an LPC and LAC in the state of Colorado. I am happy to work with individuals 12 years of age and up, including couples and caregivers, on a multitude of issues related to mental health and addiction. My professional orientation is eclectic and I draw heavily from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Existential orientations for both conceptualizing client concerns as well as for effective interventions. I have over 12 years of experience providing mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I have worked in both private and public settings with all forms of payment and insurance. My lived experiences with mental illness and addiction allows me to connect with my clients on a deeper level and for that I am grateful. My areas of passion include LGBTQIA+ issues, addiction concerns, life transitions, and shame. I am dedicated to finding strengths and points of resilience, and I believe we all have the capacity for change and growth. I welcome any contact to help assist you in discussing if we will be a good fit.
