I am the author of, "Parenting in the Eye of the Storm: The Adoptive Parent's Guide to Navigating the Teen Years." I offer consultation and psychotherapy for individuals and families throughout the life cycle. In my work, I hope to help parents to feel more empowered and hopeful and for kids to feel more resilient. I listen first with the goal of finding new ways to address old problems. It can make all the difference to work with someone who specializes in adoption! I bring my personal experience as a Korean-adoptee and professional experience in working with hundreds of adoptees, parents and families.
