About

Asking for help is hard, and it’s when we feel heard, seen, and understood, that healing and growth are most accessible. I am here to hold space for you, or you and your partner(s), to explore and challenge yourself in pursuit of greater truth and authenticity. By addressing troubling thoughts and feelings, self-sabotaging behaviors, and traumas, life can be made more manageable, productive, and fulfilling. Feelings such as grief, shame, anxiety, sadness, and anger often signal that something needs to change. Listening to and working through these feelings can propel you forward. Allow me to help.

I help those living with the impact of trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity formation, and gender/sexuality development, experience more fulfilling relationships and understand themselves better. As Specialties, I offer Brainspotting and sex/sexuality counseling, KAT integration. I work with individuals, and with people in relationship.

I strive to cultivate a safe, and authentic space for you to find balance as you experience life. I am a person-centered clinician, and I draw from feminist theory, acknowledging and committed to challenging systems that negatively impact mental/emotional well-being. Together we will work toward change and healing that feels meaningful to you.
