About

Are you suffering from an eating disorder or trauma and want more for your life? My clients are doing the difficult work of normalizing eating patterns, and they acknowledge that there is so much more scary, yet satisfying healing to do. My passion is providing a safe and inviting space for people to do the deeper work. I enjoy working with teens and adults who are dealing with eating disorders, disordered eating, and trauma. I also treat anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, life transitions, relationships, and perinatal mental health including birth trauma. I have a background in dance and education. I love seeing people heal, grow, and change so that they can be more effective in their relationships: with food, with bodies, with self, and with others. I am skilled at a variety of therapeutic approaches, both top-down and bottom-up, including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, and FBT. My style is warm, attuned, natural, and authentic.

I've been there; I understand it takes courage to reach out to a therapist. That said, I promise to offer warmth and safety and not over-pathologize. I consider it a privilege to walk with someone through their pain and suffering, and I make it my goal to see them find joy, freedom, and self-acceptance.
