There are so many reasons to engage in therapy. In my practice I will provide you with a collaborative relationship so that you can learn to treat yourself with kindness, do the same for those you love, develop tools to tolerate difficult emotions, and gain skills to get what you need from your relationships. We will learn about your strengths and develop coping skills to overcome difficulties so that you are better able to overcome addictions, negative relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety and others. I currently work with individuals and couples and have had the privilege of providing support to Adult Children of Alcoholics, those struggling with addiction and many Co-Dependent individuals, those affected by traumas, and adults with ADHD. I utilize many different treatment modalities with specialized training in DBT, Mindfulness. You can change your relationship with your emotions, improve your relationships and self-esteem, understand your executive functioning skills, foster joy, and be more present in your life. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
