The journey towards healing can feel overwhelming or impossible, but with support and guidance, desired change and growth can be achieved. I believe an important part of therapy is creating a safe and open environment. I strive to build a strong trusting relationship so you are able to learn, grow, and be vulnerable in order to start the healing process. I have years of experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, addiction, and co-occurring disorders.. I worked many years leading dual diagnosis and chemical dependency intensive outpatient groups. While my training equips me to treat and work with many individuals and issues, my passion is working with addiction and co-occurring disorders.
