Hi there! I'm Katie (They/Them), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the field with adolescents and adults for over a decade. I work with folks coming in with a wide range of concerns and challenges, and have a special interest/passion for trauma work. I believe a consistently empathetic, validating, authentic relationship with a therapist you really click with can be incredibly supportive and empowering. I pull from various approaches and techniques to provide the therapeutic space to support you wherever you are in you process and journey of growth/healing. We'll use our first few sessions to get to know each other and explore your world and what's most important to you. As we move forward, we'll work together to develop goals, skills, and strategies to best support you and your needs. My hope is that you'll feel comfortable to show up just as you are to our sessions. Whether you're feeling grief, joy, panic, rage, shame, hope, exhaustion, etc... everything is welcome here!
