No availability for new clients at this time. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, earning my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington. I enjoy serving adult individuals (age 18+) throughout life transitions, including anxiety, depression, self-care, stress reduction, communication, life-limiting illnesses, end-of-life transitions, disability, trauma, and grief and loss. I am an LGTBQ+ ally, and also enjoy working with neurodivergent adults, BIPOC, first responders, and healthcare workers. I use strength-based, solution focused, CBT and mindfulness approaches to assist in looking at life’s difficulties in a different way. Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed or just in need of a little guidance on what the next step should be, I am there to join with you, where you are and help to find a path forward. When I'm not working, I enjoy snow and sun, traveling, hiking, camping, XC skiing and dogs. I am licensed in the following states: HI, WA, OR, ID, CA, AK, NM, MT, TX.
