About

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am currently providing outpatient therapy virtually and in person in Clayton, NC. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018, and my Masters in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2014. I have around 14 years of experience helping adults, teens and families in crisis. My passion lies with helping clients believe that no matter their past, they are worthy of love and a positive future.

I am trauma-informed and employ a variety of techniques to reduce symptoms while also providing a safe and judgement free space to process emotions. I currently specialize in treating trauma, abuse and mood disorders (Depression, Anxiety and Bipolar Disorder), but am trained to work with additional diagnoses as well.

I like to create an environment for my clients that fosters transparency, authenticity, HUMOR, kindness and healthy boundaries. I believe strongly that people are the experts of their own experiences and my only hope is that I am able to provide support and guidance along the way!
