About

Have you been struggling for years with processing and expressing difficult emotions or generally feeling “just off”? Perhaps you’ve recently experienced a significant life transition or critical event that is challenging to navigate on your own. We each have unique lived experiences that deserve to be heard in a safe, non-judgmental space.

In therapy, I aim to offer compassionate care that meets you where you are, believing that building a therapeutic relationship is fundamental to a successful therapeutic process. We create your goals and plan together utilizing a person-centered approach that ensures you are continuously an active participant in your own therapy process/treatment.

Remember, it’s never too late to start your personal healing journey, whatever that might mean to you at this point in your life. I am currently accepting clients both virtually and in person under the supervision of Erika Bugaj, LICSW. We are located right across the Tenleytown/AU Red Line metro station in NW DC!
