These are troubling, lonely times. There are so many things to worry about...losing my job, how will I pay my rent? pay my mortgage? cover my car payment? Please contact me for help. I want to talk to you about what you are going through and feeling. There is nothing worse than feeling like no one else can understand you, so you are alone. I offer sessions via telephone or Zoom. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me. I hope to hear from you. You do not need to feel alone. I graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work in 1996. It has repeatedly been rated the best school in the country for the masters degree in social work.
