About

“Life is Difficult”. One of my favorite opening sentences from M. Scott Peck’s book, The Road Less Traveled. But…it does not always have to be. I applaud and welcome anyone seeking help with therapy and embrace the opportunity in getting to know, witness, and work with you as we join in this process and journey together. I am honored to work with clients who are willing to challenge life's situations to find that road less traveled. I have worked extensively with addiction(s), dual diagnosis, trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, women's issues, relationships, codependency, parenting, and life changes. My focus of therapy is one of acceptance, collaboration, and uniquely based on your needs and wants. I tend to use a systemic lens recognizing that what is presenting as the problem often is a result of larger systems at play. Intuitively and strategically, I use a wide variety of interventions to create space for change and feelings of well-being .

Connection and a strong alliance with a therapist are paramount for any change to occur. I welcome all populations to work with and for you to reach out for a free consultation to explore if we together are a good fit. I am committed to the process and looking to assist whether it is working with me or another counselor who would better meet your needs.
