Hello. I enjoy working as a private practice therapist, offering assessments and treatment for mental health issues that often include depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. My practice offers in person sessions, and requires in person for eating disorder clients. I also offer telehealth services for people residing in the state of Maryland. I collaborate with other treatment providers that clients may have, this includes psychiatrists, dietitians, and school counselors. I am able to provide individual, group, and family therapy. I also provide support services for family members who are caring for those suffering from eating disorders. I support parents utilizing Maudsley (FBT) Model of eating disorder treatment and offer support for parents of adult children who struggle with eating disorders. There are many occasions when one specific treatment modality may not help a particular client. I feel confident that I can explore other evidence based treatment options that may be helpful for clients in their path to achieve their respective goals in therapy.
