Post-COVID many people have struggled to move forward with their personal goals or have had major life changes. Family/friend dynamics have also shifted and researchers are reporting higher rates of depression, anxiety, and anger-related issues. I specialize in marriage and family issues. I am also trained in trauma-based therapies to help people deal with the anxieties and stressors they may be experiencing.
