Need Sleep? Emotions running the show ? Feeling overwhelmed or disconnected? Being able to live with greater ease and steadiness everyday is the goal that most us are looking to expereice in our lives. The ability to use traditional Western psychology with Eastern medicine, Yoga therapy and Ayurveda, create optimal outcomes for this goal. With more than 25 years working in the field of trauma threapy as a psychotherapist , I found yoga thearapy and ayurvedic mediicne especially helpful in the treatment of anxiety, depression and related issues. Combining talk therapy with yoga and ayurveda increase healing outcomes.

Typical sessions include changing habitual actions that hold us in emotional distress. Activites include: developing morning routine and bed time routine, breathing techniques, diet, physical movement, meditation and deep relaxation practices along with verbal therapy. Our work together can be both individual or in small group therapy sessions.

It has been thru both personal experience and years of professional work that I have developed this integrated practice. Blending verbal therapy for thinking patterns, ayurveda for daily support and yoga therapy for integration of body mind and consciousness has helped me personally.
