I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with a MS in Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family. I enjoy working with pre-teens, teens, adults, couples and families. I draw from a diverse array of educational, career, and life experiences when working with my clients and I am passionate and dedicated in creating a safe space where clients can feel seen, heard and valued. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic-client connection. My approach is holistic and collaborative where I walk alongside each client to help foster a connection to their own inner and higher knowing. This connection to Self creates inner safety, expands awareness and improves clarity on how to move forward. I work with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self- esteem/confidence building, behavioral challenges, academic pressures, parenting/marriage stress, relationship issues, life transitions, parent adult-child relationships, grief and loss, divorce and personal development.
