Life can throw a lot at you, many things of which we are not prepared for. You can appear like you’ve got it together. Presenting as focused and on top of things. But on the inside you feel like an impostor. Struggling to get through the day without falling apart at every turn. Like me, at times do you wonder how much longer you can keep this up? As a wife and mother myself I find it can be beyond difficult at times. Add in loss, or grief, is like adding an elephant on your back. Relationships, parenting, everyday expectations like meal prep, and cleaning, careers, it all takes a piece of you and where do you find self care? I’d like to offer a place where you can come and unload all those feelings. Where we can take the time to work through it together, and you can be heard. The struggles of life don’t stop, but taking some time to understand that you are OK, and will be OK is important. Knowing you and your feelings are valid, and it is OK to feel overwhelmed at times. As a counselor, a wife, and mother I've been through it. I have struggled with these feelings. I want to meet you where you are and help you with what’s weighing you down. I want to help you find hope, and the strength to say, “I got this.” You are not alone, and the struggles do not need to define you. Let me help you find your joy, and find you again.
