About

I am a warm, engaged and genuine therapist. My patients often tell me that they appreciate my investment in understanding their unique experiences and problems, as well as my perspective in helping them find solutions. Together, we will identify core issues that are keeping you dissatisfied with life and start to make helpful changes from the get-go. We will explore the roots of your problems and how they are maintained today, as well as important social identities that shape your lived experience. Our work will deepen your self-insight, alleviate your distress, and improve your relationships and well-being.

Although my heart is in providing therapy, I am also passionate about psychotherapy research and therapist training. I utilize my research knowledge to deliver more meaningful results in therapy. Above all, I have learned that a trustworthy, honest, and attuned connection between patient and therapist is fundamental to growth and healing.

You can expect that I will be committed to understanding your story and helping you find answers on how to live a more engaged, fulfilling life. Please visit my website or email me to learn more about how we would work together to meet your needs.
