About

I’m glad you’re here. You are making the important decision to reach out and talk to somebody. Perhaps you're looking to change your life somehow, resolve a current situation, or manage a long-standing or chronic problem. Maybe you just need some support. I’d like to talk with you about how I can help. I work with clients on anxiety, depression, relationships, illness and family issues. I work with adults of all ages, I assist my clients in uncovering and reaching their goals. In our collaborative work, I seek to provide a corrective relationship to address concerns and help clients feel better in their daily lives.

My style is psychodynamic and relational. I'm trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, relaxation and hypnotherapy which I weave into my work where appropriate. I have had success treating anxiety, and I have a strong mind/body approach. I am open-minded and non-judgmental, comfortable with a variety of clients' lifestyles.

I am a compassionate and skilled professional. I really love this work. The "fit" between client and therapist is a very important factor in successful psychotherapy, and I will work to create a safe place for you. I provide a free 15-minute video consultation, to talk about your goals and answer any questions you might have. I hope you take the next step!
