About

No two people are alike, and I believe that your uniqueness and complexity should be celebrated in the work we do together. I am here to create and hold a space where you can feel safe to lower the emotional walls you may put up against the world and talk about what is REALLY on your mind. I deeply believe in the power of empathy, non-judgement, and (therapeutic!) humor. Together, we can reflect on and explore your unique lived experience to create therapeutic goals that not only assist you in better understanding your present self, but promote changes and growth towards becoming the person you want to be.

As a therapist, I believe in showing up authentically for each client. Whether it be providing you a comforting space to process life events, cheering on your successes and victories, or gently challenging negative or conflicting beliefs, my ultimate goal will always be to promote healing and a life that honors your own personal values.

Let’s be honest; the idea of opening up about your innermost thoughts and feelings (and to a stranger, no less!) can be intimidating. I believe you deserve a therapeutic space where you can feel safe to leave your “mask” at the door and show up as your most authentic self. Our work together will promote growth and healing in a way that still lets you be you.
