I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years experience and a focus on helping individuals with life changes that often create anxiety, depression or just feeling stuck. I have a special interest in work with people living with serious illness and with those who are in a caregiver role or otherwise helping their loved ones navigate through health concerns or end of life. I blend DBT, CBT and family systems with practical tools that clients can put to work right away. People are not "broken", but rather are responding to situations and circumstances and sometimes need a different approach to get unstuck and thrive. I have been privileged to be invited to work along side of many different individuals and families in my 20+ years of social work. I love bringing a practical approach and joining with people to alleviate stress, anxiety and depression.
