Ready to find peace with specific problems you face or make changes that will alter how you feel about yourself, your life and your relationships? Therapy involves a large commitment of time, money and energy, so finding a therapist you match well with is essential. My approach is very interactive, supportive and engaged. My first goal is to help you shed light on issues you may be struggling with. Next, we actively work to make expedient changes that will qualitatively change the way you feel on a daily basis with yourself and in your relationships. Using a cognitive behavioral, interpersonal or family systems framework, I tailor treatment to your specific needs. I specialize in anxiety (OCD, panic, phobias) and depression. Many clients are experiencing life transitions (parenting concerns, divorce, remarriage, illness & loss, coping/living with medical conditions). I am invested in helping you develop the skills to manage issues independently. I work with children, adolescent and adults in individual and family therapy. Finding the right therapist is the key to a successful therapeutic relationship. Therefore, please feel free to email or call me (617) 206-8028 to schedule an office appointment. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9am - 6pm.
