About

Human beings are hard-wired for connection, which is as essential for survival as food, water, and air. When a person is deprived of that connection it creates bondage that can be crushing, robbing us of the freedom we were created to enjoy. My clinical experience includes trauma, attachment issues, adoption, parenting, marriage, family conflict, anxiety/depression, and spiritual formation.

I work with couples, individuals, and families from an attachment-based framework, implementing primarily Emotionally-Focused Therapy and also Gottman methods. I am also trained and experienced in EMDR for trauma-related issues.

There is healing, reconciliation, and freedom available for the taking! It requires work, but there are strategies that are proven to be transformational. I'm thankful to have been trained in these and most eager to help you implement them in your own life and find that freedom.
