About

I work with clients who struggle with regulating their emotions, have an unstable sense of self, feelings of worthlessness, impulsivity that leads to negative consequences, and struggle keeping or maintaining healthy relationships. I work with clients who are motivated and willing to challenge their current perspectives to adopt a new and healthier way of living life mindfully.

I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy (EDIT) just to name a few. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that is client-centered.

I strongly believe there is a solution to any problem presented to us. I welcome the opportunity to learn your story and assist you in achieving the goals you set out for yourself during your therapeutic journey with me.
