About

I have been working with children, teens, adults, and families for the past 12 years. I provide individual and family therapy for mental health and substance use needs to people age 12 through 35. I have experience treating concerns related to substance use, adjustment, stress, insight, communication and motivation. Many of my clients have diagnoses related to trauma, depression, and anxiety.

I specialize in using Motivational Interviewing to increase insight and enhance motivation toward change. I have training in Collaborative Problem Solving, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I use a strengths-based and trauma informed approach that is grounded in anti-racism.

I know that having a therapist who you feel connected with is one of the most important factors that predicts success in therapy. This is why I offer a free 20-minute consult so you can see if that connection is there. I would love to receive your email or call and get started!
