About

In a world increasingly characterized by hurry, distraction, and stress, I commend your decision to pause and seek out counseling. I work with adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing a variety of concerns, such as anxiety and stress, depression, disordered eating and body image issues, perfectionism, low self-esteem, PTSD and C-PTSD, OCD, difficult life transitions, faith/spirituality, and relationship issues. My goal is to foster a safe space where you and your story are tended to with gentleness and authenticity, so that you can find hope, healing, and growth. View 4 Photos

Together, we will work to build a greater capacity within you or your teen for lasting emotional health. Healing most meaningfully occurs when the person is tended to holistically, integrating conversations around body, mind, and spirit. I seek to hold a posture of warmth, respect, and curiosity, so that space is held for you wherever you are.

I will work to journey alongside you or your family with delicate yet sure care. Contact me directly or schedule an appointment at atlwell.com/katherineyates. I offer telehealth sessions across GA and in-person sessions in Roswell.
