About

I believe that therapy should feel personal, which is why I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered to make lasting changes in your life. I have worked with a diverse range of individuals, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and relationship struggles. Whether you're managing the effects of PTSD, looking to build healthier habits, or seeking support as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m here to help you navigate these challenges and move toward healing.

I use a person-centered approach, which means I focus on creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you are seen as the expert in your own life. Together, we’ll work through the challenges you're facing, helping you gain insight, learn new ways to cope, build self-esteem and increase your network of healthy supports outside of therapy.

If you’re ready to take the first step toward positive change, I invite you to reach out via phone or email to set up a consultation call or get scheduled. My office is located in Omaha, and I’d love to connect with you and start your therapy journey!
